Nick Hopkins is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from UAMS.
Nurse Hopkins works with the doctors at Northwest Arkansas Psychiatry to provide continuation of care and medication management for children and adults.
He is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where he educates students on the current evidence-based mental health practice and supervises their mental health clinical rotations.
In 2018, the Arkansas Center of Nursing selected Nick as one of the top 40 nursing leaders under 40 in Arkansas.
Nick’s wife is a nurse who works with aesthetic injections. They have a beloved cat named Boogie and three dogs: Mavyn, Luna, and Maggie. Mavyn’s story was actually featured on The Dodo Facebook page with over a million views, so she is the famous one of the family. Nick enjoys hiking the trails around Northwest Arkansas, spending time outdoors, and rock climbing. He and his wife love to travel and explore national parks.
