Easily connect with your doctor on the healow app.

How to access MANA on the healow App:

Step 1: Download the healow app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Open it and press “Get Started.”

Step 2: Enter the patient’s details.

Step 3: Click “Yes, I have a practice code.” Enter the practice code GFDBBD and confirm your practice.

Step 4: Follow the instructions to receive a code as a voicemail or a text. Enter the verification code.

Step 5: Read through the Terms of Use Agreement and press the button. Then create a PIN and confirm. (You can skip through “hellow2healow” as MANA does not use this feature.)

If you were already enrolled in myMANA, you will receive an email with your new username and portal link. If you do not receive the email, contact your doctor’s office to verify your email address and ask about the portal.

Add family member accounts to your account on the healow app!

Step 1: Open the healow app and tap the person icon in the top left. Step 2: The accounts currently linked will be listed. Tap “Link New Account” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Enter the practice code GFDBBD, or search for “MANA.”

Step 4: Enter your family member’s username and password. If you do not have a unique username and password for your family member, call their MANA doctor’s office and request portal access for them. You will receive an email with their unique username and password. (You can use the same email address for multiple accounts.)

Step 5: Before tapping “Log in,” enter your family member’s relationship to you.

Your family member’s account is now added to the healow app on your mobile device! Swipe the healow home screen left / right to access the different accounts.
