Prescription Refills

Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to maintain regular lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please ask your doctor to refill the medications you anticipate needing at your office visit.

If the patient has kept their appointments as recommended by the doctor, you may request refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). The fastest way to request a refill is through your pharmacy, the myMANA health portal, or the Healow app. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed within two business days. Refills are processed Monday through Friday.

To use a mail-order pharmacy, please notify the provider with the pharmacy’s name and request a 90-day supply when applicable. The office will contact the patient if the provider cannot send in an electronic refill.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. To request your medical records, download a record release form and return it to our office.
