5 New Year’s Resolutions for a Healthy Year

Will 2015 be your healthiest year?

Here are some good resolutions to consider for your health:

  • Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
  • Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, less processed food.
  • Increase the number of steps you walk. Many people aim for 10,000 steps a day, but it you’re getting 2,000 now, aim for 3,000 and work your way up.
  • Stop smoking!
  • Use sunscreen every time you leave the house.
