Here are some good resolutions to consider for your health:
- Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
- Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, less processed food.
- Increase the number of steps you walk. Many people aim for 10,000 steps a day, but it you’re getting 2,000 now, aim for 3,000 and work your way up.
- Stop smoking!
- Use sunscreen every time you leave the house.
