Get Your Flu Shot

MANA offers the flu vaccine at convenient locations across Northwest Arkansas. We recommend you get the flu vaccine each year as soon as it is available. The flu vaccine takes two weeks from the time you receive it to be effective.

The CDC recommends a high-dose influenza vaccine for patients ages 65 or older. MANA Family Medicine and Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic offer the high-dose flu vaccine.

We administer a quadrivalent influenza vaccine for patients ages 18 to 64 at most locations. Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics offers flu vaccine for children 6 months and older.

With flu season quickly approaching, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to get ahead of your health! Flu vaccination prevents illnesses, medical visits, hospitalizations, and deaths every year. People with chronic illnesses, pregnant women, and children are at the highest risk of influenza complications. A yearly flu vaccine is needed for the best protection.
