MANA Urgent Care offers walk-in clinic visits for patients during the COVID-19 outbreak. While concerns about exposure to coronavirus are reasonable, it is essential that you seek the medical care that you need. All MANA clinics, including MANA Urgent Care, are taking thorough measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff during the pandemic.
COVID-19 isn’t the only threat to public health
COVID-19 is a highly contagious and fatal illness that we still do not fully understand; the long-term effects of COVID-19 have yet to be seen.
While it’s important that everyone take the threat of COVID-19 seriously and do his or her part to slow the spread of coronavirus, it’s equally important to recognize the dangers of delaying necessary medical care.
Do not avoid medical care during the coronavirus pandemic, especially emergency or urgent care. Postponing medical care because of concerns of exposure to COVID-19 can lead to negative health consequences.
Is it safe to visit a walk-in clinic during COVID-19?
MANA Urgent Care is taking precautions to keep patients and staff safe during the coronavirus outbreak.
Patients will be screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms. MANA Urgent Care clinics also offer screening TeleVisits for COVID-19. Those with respiratory symptoms may be asked to wait in their vehicle for their visit.
Exam rooms are cleaned thoroughly between patients, and the clinic is frequently disinfected throughout the day. Clinics are deep cleaned with fogger once a week. We ask that patients come alone if possible to reduce the number of people in the clinic. We also ask that patients wear a mask for their visit.
MANA Urgent Care offers convenient, drive-up testing for COVID-19.
If you are not comfortable with an in-person visit to a physical clinic, MANA Urgent Care also offers TeleVisits.
