5 Great Farmers Markets in Northwest Arkansas

Farmers markets are a lot of fun, and they’re also a great place to get delicious, healthy produce and foods from local farmers and vendors. There are several great farmers markets in Northwest Arkansas where you can get local produce, herbs, plants, meat, eggs, honey, cheese, baked goods, and other foods and locally made goods. Farmers markets in Northwest Arkansas are open rain or shine!

Bentonville Farmers Market

The Bentonville Farmers Market takes place on the Bentonville square from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. every Saturday through October. Browse a great selection of healthy local produce and then visit some of the local businesses around the square.

Fayetteville Farmers Market

The Fayetteville Farmers Market is open 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays on the Downtown Fayetteville Square. The Fayetteville Farmers Market runs a little later into the year than other farmers markets in Northwest Arkansas. Tuesday and Thursday markets end in October, but Saturday markets continue through November.

Upcoming summer events include Cooking Local Demos from 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. on July 15th, August 19th, and September 16th, and the Fayetteville Roots Fest Chef Cook Off on August 26th.

Rogers Farmers Market

The Downtown Rogers Farmers Market is open on Cherry Street in Rogers from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through October. Access to the Razorback Greenway means you can strap a basket to your bicycle and pedal down to pick out your fresh local produce!

Siloam Springs Farmers Market

While smaller than the surrounding farmers markets in Northwest Arkansas, the Siloam Springs Farmers Market still has a great selection of local produce, foods, and goods from local farmers and craftsmen. The market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Every second Saturday is Kids Day with free activities for children!

Springdale Farmers Market

The Downtown Springdale Farmers Market is located on the Shiloh Square in downtown Springdale each Saturday through October. Come for the local goodies and stay for the free yoga and music. The market takes place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
