When your child is sick, you want your child to be cared for as soon as possible. At Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic, we understand your concern. The Acute Care Clinic is dedicated to treating those children who are ill. We strive to see sick children the day an appointment is requested.
Hours
Our Acute Care Center is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. The clinic has extended hours to care for our patients who are acutely sick on weekday evenings 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - noon.
 New Patients
New patients can request an appointment at the urgent care center Tuesday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. online or by phone. We appologize, but we do not see new patients at the acute care clinic on Monday, evening clinics or Saturday.

* There are two entrances to the Acute Care. The West entrance door with the red bears is for most acute care and sick child appointments. For most follow-up care, use the North entrance door with green bears. The receptionist should let you know which entrance use for your appointment.
