Walk-In Clinic - New Service!
If you are sick and need to be seen, we offer a walk-in clinic Monday through Friday. Patients can walk-in and see one of our physicians or nurse practitioner for minor illnesses and injuries. No appointment necessary! This service is for new and established patients.
After Hours
The clinic telephone is answered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. After office hours, our on-duty provider can be paged through the switchboard at Washington Regional Medical Center: (479) 463-1000. PLEASE CALL 911 FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
Our providers can offer advice but cannot diagnose illness or call in prescriptions based upon telephone conversations. Please call the office for an appointment.
Prescriptions
A patient must have an appointment for a new prescription medication. Authorization for prescription renewals should be requested during regular office hours. Patients should call their pharmacist for refill request. The pharmacy will call us to request authorization. Please allow at least 24 hours for refill authorizations. > Request a refill

Hospital Affiliations
Dr. McGowan, Dr. DeYoung and Dr. Brown are active staff members at Washington Regional Medical Center (WRMC) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. WRMC has a hospitalist who provides in-patient care with close communication with your physician. We remain in contact with the hospitalist during hospitalization to provide continuity of care. After you are discharged, we will provide your follow up hospital care.
