Appointments & Hours
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday 8 to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8 to 4:30. Same day appointments are available for sick patients. To make an appointment, please call (479) 443-3536 or click on the link below.

Walk-In Clinic
Morning Walk-In Clinic: We offer a walk-in clinic every weekday morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Patients can walk-in and see our nurse practitioner for minor illnesses and injuries. Limited number of appointments available.
Evening Walk-In Clinic: Dr.Sara McBee will see walk-in patients Monday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm for illnesses and minor Injuries.LImited number of appointments available.
After Hours
The clinic telephone is answered by our staff Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After office hours, for urgent medical questions only our provider can be paged through the switchboard at Washington Regional Medical Center at (479) 463-1000. PLEASE CALL 911 FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
Our providers can offer advice but cannot diagnose illness or call in prescriptions based upon telephone conversations. We ask that you request an appointment for the best care possible.
Prescriptions
A patient must have an appointment for a new prescription medication. Authorization for prescription renewals should be requested during regular office hours. Patients should call their pharmacist for refill requests. The pharmacy will call us to request authorization. Please allow 48 hours for refill authorizations. Prescriptions requiring prior authorizations will take considerably more than 48 hours. > Request a refill

No Perfume Please: Please do not wear perfumes or scented lotions to your appointment. We have staff and patients that have severe allergies to these products. Thank you for your understanding.
Hospital Affiliations
Drs. Gordon, McBee, Hennigan, and O'Connell are active staff members at Washington Regional Medical Center (WRMC) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. WRMC has a hospitalist who provides in-patient care with close communication with your physician. We remain in contact with the hospitalist during hospitalization to provide continuity of care. After you are discharged, we will provide your follow-up hospital care.
